What you'll learn in this class: You will learn how to make gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Raviolis from scratch and how to make complete meals out of your freshly made pasta.
Your evening will start with prosecco, aperitivo, and conversation.
Once you’ve relaxed, it’s time to learn how to make pasta – from scratch! If you want to make authentic Italian food at home, this is the number-one skill to learn.
No previous experience is necessary since your chef will guide you during this hands-on class.
After we have prepared everything together we will enjoy an Italian dinner under the stars with paired Italian wines.
