Oriental cooking class-

you will enjoy learning about the soft spices and fragrant aromas of the Middle East.


During this hands-on cooking class, we will be preparing the following menu which you will enjoy for lunch after the class with traditional hot and cold beverages. 



Flatbread with cumin,

roasted pepper salad with salt lemons parsley and pine-nuts and 



Lamb tagine with prunes,

almonds and 




almond milk pudding with rosewater, pistachio brittle and pomegranate granité

  • Take the 10 am ferry from Crown Bay Marina to Water Island.

  •  Location: Water Island( we will pick up at 10:15 am at the Water Island ferry dock)

  • Start time: 10am-2pm

  •  $110pp
